Returns And Exchanges

At Glentè, we are committed to delivering products crafted with care, precision, and premium quality. To ensure a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience, we’ve outlined our Returns and Exchanges policy below.

Credit Note Instead of Refund

Glentè does not offer refunds for returned orders. Instead, we provide a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. This credit can be used across any future purchase at Glentè. The credit note will be issued to your account after a quality validation, which includes verifying the submitted unboxing video and inspecting the returned product. This process typically takes 2–3 days from the date we receive the product.


Exchange Requests

If you would like to exchange your product, kindly write to us at support@glente.com within 3 days of receiving your order. The exchange will be processed after a complete validation, which includes reviewing the submitted unboxing video and inspecting the returned product. Once validated, the replacement product will be dispatched, and delivery will be completed within 5–7 days, end-to-end.

Exchange requests are accepted for reasons such as:

  • Size issues

  • Difference in product expectation

  • Any other concern where the product remains unused and in original condition

Our team will guide you through the exchange process promptly.


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and protect customers from transit issues, an unboxing video is mandatory for reporting any:

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing or damaged components

Without a clear unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return, exchange, or refund.


Full Refund Scenarios

A complete refund to your bank account will be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock

  • You receive a wrong or defective product (supported by valid unboxing video evidence)
