RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Glentè, we are committed to delivering products crafted with care, precision, and premium quality. To ensure a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience, we’ve outlined our Returns and Exchanges policy below.
Credit Note Instead of Refund
Glentè does not offer refunds for returned orders. Instead, we provide a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of reverse delivery. This credit can be used across any future purchase at Glentè. The credit note will be issued to your account after a quality validation. This process typically takes 1-2 days from the date we receive the product.
Exchange Requests
If you would like to exchange your product, kindly write to us at support@glente.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The exchange will be processed after a complete validation, which includes inspecting the returned product. Once validated, the replacement product will be dispatched, and delivery will be completed within 5–7 days, end-to-end.
Exchange requests are accepted for reasons such as:

Any other concern where the product remains unused and in original condition

Full Refund Scenarios
A complete refund to your original bank account will be issued only if a return request is raised within 7 days of product delivery, under the following circumstances:

The product is unavailable or out of stock after the order has been confirmed.
