Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse.
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide an active mobile number at checkout. This helps our courier team reach you quickly and avoid delays.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability.
Each shipment will have its unique tracking number, and all shipments can be easily tracked under the same order ID through our Track Order page.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To support a smooth and compliant return, refund, or exchange process, we require a clear unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery.
This helps us verify any concerns related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.
